Returns & exchanges

Before you purchase

Ask AYAN for the return and exchange conditions applicable to the exact product before placing an order. Conditions may depend on the item, whether it is made to order, and its condition at delivery.

If you have a concern about a purchase, contact AYAN with your order details so the team can advise on the next step.
